Whenever possible, we prioritize repair over replacement to minimize resource consumption.

During the warranty period, we will address any manufacturing defects at no cost. Beyond the warranty, we offer a paid repair service to support responsible product stewardship. Standard repair costs, such as replacing broken connectors in the X-Headstage™, are listed below, while other repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping and any associated fees, such as customs duties.

If the X-Headstage™ has been embedded, it must be thoroughly cleaned of soft tissue and biological contaminants before returning for service. Due to the challenging conditions in which headstages are used and the inherent limitations of repairs, we cannot guarantee every repair will be successful. However, we will assess each unit upon receipt and only proceed with repairs that are feasible. No charges will be applied for unsuccessful repairs, but shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
